International Sales & Marketing - Account Manager Trainee Program - Immediate

This is a dynamic position, front and center in all aspects of international business environment in the digital age, including and not limited to:

•          Responsible for full cycle of international sales process and direct engagement with international customers

•          Expand global network of distributors by qualifying and converting inquires into accounts

•          Integrate political/social/economic understanding as part of specialized client service

•          Orchestrate new account setup including distributor contracts, foreign governmental and/or quality system requirements

•          Facilitate import/export processes by implement customized SOP with customers, customs brokers and freight forwarders

•          Educate customer on products & services and best practices on distributing in foreign markets and service programs

•          Manage on/offline marketing campaigns to generate prospective customers

•          Coordinate new product launch in foreign markets

•          Manage proprietary CRM system by researching & developing active prospects

•          Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow international distributors

Required Skills:

•          Cross-cultural understanding and international experience

•          Excellent phone/written skills

•          Mastery in all MS Office applications (Especially Excel)

•          BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

•          Any Foreign languages (Spanish a plus)

•          .html, .ai, .psd &.pdf skills

•          MBA
