As a veteran medical director of visceral and thoracic surgery, I still use the stethoscope on a daily basis on patients before and after performing surgeries. Since my previous stethoscope had to be replaced because of a broken tube, I decided on an MDF instrument and I have not regretted this decision. Hervorragende akustische Eigenschaften erlauben eine optimale Ausbeute pathologischer Auskultationsbefunde, die ich mit meinen bisherigen Instrumenten so nicht gewohnt war. Stabilität, Tragekomfort und Design unterstreichen die richtige Wahl: ich würde dieses Gerät auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen und es auch gerne weiterempfehlen.

As a writer of different professional books (EMT and Patient Care) I tested stethoscopes of famous manufacturers as for example 3M, Erka etc. Your MDF 777 stethoscope has convinced me. The results of the auscultations also in border areas with high frequency by the ultra-sensitive membrane are excellent. Another advantage are the soft-soft ear olives, because they optimally adapt to the ears of the investigator and guard therefore surrounding noises very well. The latex free not sticking Y-tube provides with internal sound leader a very good sound management. The stainless steel double head chestpiece can be easily moved from membrane to bell. Patients appreciate the protection against cold (there is no metallic skin contact by the elastic rings). The MDF 777 has an attractive classical appearance. The dimensions of chestpiece, bell and membranes, length and tube diameter are harmonious. The working of the stethoscope is very respectable and tough. The stethoscope lies in general very well in the hand.

Als Buchautor verschiedener Fachbücher (Notfallmedizin und Pflege) habe ich Stethoskope namhafter Hersteller wie z.B. 3M, Erka usw. getestet. Ihr Top - Stethoskop MDF 777 hat mich überzeugt. Die Ergebnisse der Auskultationen auch in Grenzbereichen bei hohen Frequenzen durch die Ultra-Sensitiv-Membran sind exzellent. Von Vorteil sind auch die aufsteckbaren, softweichen Ohroliven, da sie sich optimal an die Ohren des Untersuchers anpassen und somit Umgebungsgeräusche sehr gut abschirmen. Zusätzlich sorgt der nicht haftende (übrigens latexfrei!) dickwandige Y-Schlauch mit internem Schallleiter für eine sehr gute Schallleitung. Das Edelstahl-Doppelkopf-Bruststück lässt sich leicht von Membran- auf Trichterempfang umstellen. Patienten wissen den Kälteschutz (es gibt durch die Gummiringe keinen metallischen Hautkontakt!) zu schätzen. Das MDF 777 hat ein ansprechendes klassisches Aussehen. Die Abmessungen von Bruststück, Trichter und Membranen, Länge und Schlauchdurchmesser sind harmonisch. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr solide und strapazierfähig. Das Stethoskop liegt allgemein sehr gut in der Hand.

This stethoscope provides detailed sound in virtually every patient I ascult. The nature of small animal medicine requires that our stethoscopes be able to detect various heart sounds in even the smallest of patients. Heart rates that can often be normal in the hundreds of beats per minute can be hard to detect and accurately read. The MDF 777 makes the difficult task very easy.

The scope is durable (in this field the scopes can take a beating). It is also comfortable, the tubing stays soft not becoming stiff over time as it ages. The scope has a good weight and feel that make it a joy to use.

Upon trying this scope every technician in my hospital had to have one, we now all use only MDF stethoscopes. I would recommend the MDF 777 to anyone needing a durable, reliable all- purpose professional quality stethoscope at an extremely reasonable price.

I have trialed this stethoscope against my Littman Paediatric/Pediatric stethoscope. I found the time resolution of temporally close events to be similar but the amplitude of the sound considerably increased in the MDF MD One Pediatric 777C. This increased loudness is of considerable clinical utility especially in a noisy outpatients setting!

I now use the MDF MD One Pediatric 777C Stethoscope in preference and would thoroughly recommend it to cardiology colleagues around the world.
