Our quality and your satisfaction is important to us. We established the following warranty, return and refund policies to assure fair resolution of any type of customer dissatisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simple return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. A credit memo equal to the purchase price excluding taxes and shipping charges is issued for products returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

  
  Free-Parts-For-Life™: Yes, really. Free parts forever! Life time replacement parts for all MDF® Stethoscopes. Replacement parts include: non-chill ring, diaphragm retaining ring, bell ring, a pair of ComfortSeal™ eartips, and diaphragms. To receive your free replacement parts, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: MDF Instruments Direct, Inc. Attn: Free-Parts-For-Life Program, 28947 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Suite 222 Agoura Hills CA, 91301 USA; and include your model, color, name of retailer, original invoice number, and replacement parts desired. Limited to 2 of each replacement part per stethoscope and per annum.  
 

Manufacturer Warranty: MDF Stethosocpes with defects in material or craftsmanship in the chestpiece, binaurals and spring are replaced/repaired without charge for the lifetime of the instrument, excluding MDF model: MDF727E. MDF Stethoscope tubing with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 5 years of the original purchase. MDF Sphygmomanometers with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase. MDF Hammers with defects in material or craftsmanship are replaced/repaired without charge if the defect is reported within 2 years of the original purchase.   Return: We'll gladly accept returns for any and only MDFdirect.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All MDF Instruments not purchased through MDFdirect.com should be returned to retailers which the product was originally purchased. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund any import duties/tariff, original and return shipping costs with the return.  
  Return Instructions:
1. To initiate your return, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at support@mdfdirect.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization number.
2. In the e-mail to obtain RMA number, please include the following information:
> Date of purchase
> Computer assigned customer Sales Order number
> Customer name
> Reason for the RMA request
> Present condition of the product and packing materials
> E-mail and telephone contact number.
3. We will process your return, issue you a RMA number and designated return address by e-mail. (RMA number is issued only by e-mail)
4. Please write the RMA number on the bottom of the shipping label as "attn: RMA #####" under the address provided by MDFdirect.com. RMA's must be on the front of packages returned to MDF Instruments Direct, Inc.
5. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
6. Ship all returns within 5 business days after the RMA is issued. All returns must be received within 10 business days after the RMA is issued. Please e-mail tracking numbers for returned goods to support@mdfdirect.com		  
  *MDFdirect.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground shipping for all products containing mercury (MDF 800 Mercurial Sphygmomanometer. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Mercurial instruments cannot be shipped by air.
** All original packaging and parts in an unused "new" condition.
***MDF Instruments Direct, Inc. reserves the right to refuse credit or refund for items not returnable due to health, sanitary, or consumable component issues.		  
 

Return Refunds: We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item (excluding taxes and shipping charges) that you return if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.   Limitations and Damages: The exclusive remedy for any defective Product is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product.

MDFdirect.com may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion. MDFdirect.com shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product. MDFdirect.com's replacement Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts. MDFdirect.com's warranty applies to repaired or replaced Products for the balance of the applicable period of the original warranty or ninety days from the date of shipment of a repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.

MDFdirect.com's entire liability for any defective Product shall in no event exceed the purchase price for the defective Product. This limitation applies even if MDFdirect.com cannot or does not repair or replace any defective Product and your exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.

MDFdirect.com has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include lost profits and the cost of the installation or removal of any Products, the installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products arising from a defect in any Product.

In the United States, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
